On July 16 The Chairman of the  International Investors Association of Georgia Mr. Osman Chalishkan Mzhavanadze and the Owner of Adjara Textile Ltd., Founder and Honorary Chairman of the Investors Association Mr.Cemal Bilgingulluoglu paid a visit to the Consul General of Turkey in Batumi, Mr. Riza Kagan Yilmaz. During the meeting, the sides discussed the current problems caused by the pandemic in the world and in our country, the improvement of the business environment between the two countries and the development of new strategies, and discussed various obstacles for investors to invest in Georgia and ways to solve them. Mr. Riza Kaan Yilmaz thanked the guests for the visit and wished them success.

On June 24, Mr. Osman Chalishkan Mzhavanadze, Chairman of the International Investors Association of Georgia, paid a working visit to Mr. Tornike Rizhvadze, Chairman of the Government of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara. During the meeting, the parties discussed the economic problems created by the Covid-19 Pandemic and the new challenge, the importance of new investments in the country and the region. The chaırman of the Association provided information to Mr. Tornike about the activities of the Association and its member companies. Mr. Tornike expressed their satisfaction for the visit and he will visit the Investors Association in the near future.

On 23 June, the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies' (TÜRSAB) eastern Black Sea region representative council presidentVolkan Kantarcı,  paid an honorary visit to the International Investors Association of Georgia. During the meeting, the sides discussed the potential of Adjara regional tourism, the current challenges of the pandemic in the tourism sector, the need for safety measures for tourists, the importance of air and land traffic between the two countries with the opening of the tourist season.
