On 10.12.2021, " Investments and business incentives in Adjara, Georgia - Business Forum was held in Batumi by IBCCS Georgia and Georgia-Cyprus Business Club, with the support of Adjara Ministry of Finance and Economy. During the forum, they talked about the investment environment in the region, the importance of attracting new investments and the stages of starting a business in Georgia.  The main purpose of the business forum is to communicate with domestic and foreign investors and  develop future cooperation opportunities.  Jaba Putkaradze, Minister of Finance and Economy of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara, Giorgi Surmanidze, Minister of Agriculture of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara, representatives of local and international companies and businessmen attended the forum. Osman Chalışkan Mzhavanadze, chairman of the  International Investors Association of Georgia, also attended the aforementioned forum.

On October 28, 2021, the Association of International Investors of Georgia was visited by Mr. Ahmet Yilmaz, Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Samsun and members of the Board of Governors. During the meeting, the sides discussed the economic crisis created by the pandemic, the relations between the two countries, the planning of various joint events, the investment environment in Georgia and the importance of attracting new investments. The President of the Association informed the guests about the Association and its member companies and thanked them for their visit.

On October 27, 2021, the Chairman of the International Investors Association of Georgia paid a working visit to the Acting Consul General of the Republic of Iran in Batumi, Mr. Ahmad Badfa. During the meeting, the parties discussed the economic problems created by the Covid Pandemic and the possible solutions, the importance of attracting new investments and jointly planning various activities.  Mr. Osman also provided information about the Batumi Build 2021 construction exhibition scheduled for December 10-12 in Batumi.  The parties noted that the exhibition is one of the most important events for the economic development of the region during the pandemic. The Acting Consul General of the Republic of Iran in Batumi, Mr. Ahmad Badfa, thanked Mr. Osman for his visit.

29 October, 2021, on the occasion of the 98th anniversary of the Republic of Turkey, a meeting was held at the Turkish Embassy.  The meeting was attended by representatives of the diplomatic corps, heads of associations and businessmen. The mentioned meeting was also attended by the Chairman of the International Investors Association of Georgia Osman Chalishkan Mzhavanadze.  Mr. Osman once again congratulated everyone on the 98th anniversary of the proclamation of the Republic of Turkey and thanked the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkey to Georgia, Ms. Fatma Jeren Yazgan, and the staff for organizing the meeting.

On October 7, 2021, the Chairman of the Association Osman Chalishkan Mzhavanadze visited the Manager of the Batumi Branch of Ish Bank Jaba Kakhidze and congratulated him on his appointment and wished him success. During the meeting, the sides discussed the economic problems created during the pandemic, the importance of attracting foreign investment to the region and the need to introduce new innovations. Also, the Chairman of the Investors Association informed the manager of Is Bank about the activities of the Association and invited him to the Association. The manager of the Batumi branch of Is Bank thanked the chairman of the association for the visit.
