On December 16, 2021, in the office of the Foreign Economic Relations Board of Turkey (DEIK) in Istanbul, an information meeting was held with the Representatives of " enterprise in Georgia ". Enterprise in Georgia Representatives of the Agency held a presentation on the activities of the Investment Environment Agency of Georgia, current projects and future plans. Also, various directions of the country's investment potential were discussed during the meeting. Enterprise Georgia is the key implementing partner of “Produce in Georgia” and is responsible for business support, export promotion and investment in Georgia sectors. |

On December 14, 2021, the Azerbaijan-Georgia-TurkeyBusiness Forum was was held in Baku, Azerbaijan organized by the Ministry of Trade of Turkey and the Foreign Economic Relations Board of Turkey (DEIK). The forum was attended by the Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia Natia Turnava, the President of the Georgian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Giorgi Pertaia, the Minister of Trade of Turkey Mehmet Mus, the Minister of Economy of Azerbaijan Mikhail Jabarov and international diplomatic representatives. Osman Chalishkan Mzhavanadze, Chairman of the International Investors Association of Geogia, also attended the Business Forum. The main goal of the business forum is to create new cooperation, contacts and business opportunities between the three countries. |

On October 27, 2021, the Chairman of the International Investors Association of Georgia paid a working visit to the Acting Consul General of the Republic of Iran in Batumi, Mr. Ahmad Badfa. During the meeting, the parties discussed the economic problems created by the Covid Pandemic and the possible solutions, the importance of attracting new investments and jointly planning various activities. Mr. Osman also provided information about the Batumi Build 2021 construction exhibition scheduled for December 10-12 in Batumi. The parties noted that the exhibition is one of the most important events for the economic development of the region during the pandemic. The Acting Consul General of the Republic of Iran in Batumi, Mr. Ahmad Badfa, thanked Mr. Osman for his visit.
