The representatives of “GSP + Preferencial Trade Regime” and its members visited International Investors Association. The investors were welcomed by the Secretary General of IIA, Mr. Osman Chalishkan. The businessmen working in different fields like construction, agriculture, beauty products and others, are interested with investment in Georgia.  There are many factories in there activity list as inside the country as abroad. In the case of starting business in Georgia, at the manufacture will be written “Made in Georgia”. Besides, at the meeting they talked about the version of making Batumi like, Las Vegas. In its way, the  Secretary General of IIA will co-operate and support  with “GSP + Preferencial Trade Regime” and its members.

Today Turkish investors from Istanbul visited International Investors Association. The guests were welcomed by the General Secretary of IIA, Mr. Osman Chalishkan.  The businessmen were interested in economic and Investment conditions in Georgia. They would like to open a textile factory in Guria and employ about 1000 people. The brand of the product manufactured in the factory will be “Tommy Hilfiger”. The investors and General Secretary of IIA agreed to co-operate.

On 29 March 2013 was held one more charity event by International Investors Association. Secretary General of the Association initiated to help the Beridzes’ family living in the village Ochkhamuri of Kobuleti, being beyond the poverty. The story was on TV last post on March 26, where the children's mother spoke about giving children up for adoption. In the family are 7 minor children living in extremely difficult conditions. Mr. Osman Chalishkan acquired the necessary products for the family and personally visited Beridze's family. In addition, children were given clothes, shoes and toys. Trying to enjoy them with dinner and make them fun by the special show in McDonalds was also organized by International Investors Association of Georgia.  to realize this Charity event, the Association was helped by one of the member company, the textile factory “BTM”. International Investors Association of Georgia is going to continue the aid the Beridze’s family in the future.

The International Investors Association of Georgia was visited by the Lead Economist of “The World Bank South Caucasus Regional Office”, Mr.  Rashmi Shankar together with other representatives. Mr. Rashmi is a Lead Economist of The World Bank South Caucasus Regional Office. The guests met the Secretary General of International Investors Association of Georgia. They talked about the Economic and Investment environment. The guests learned about the Association activities. They were mainly interested in development of textile business, existence of free economic zones in Georgia; the scale of the association members and how much business and investment fields depends on political changes. The representatives of the World Bank South Caucasus Regional Office expressed a great desire of collaboration.
