Levan Varshalomidze has talked about delegation of administrative authority to Adjara during the briefing. The Chairman of Government of Adjara has declared that marginalizing some administrative authorities for the region will simultaneously solve several problems. "It will simplify the service and will create a base for making more effective decisions at the place", - Levan Varshalomidze announced. Levan Varshalomidze also has noted at the briefing that this particular affair concerns the appointment of the heads of the public schools in Adjara, also issuing of certificates to farmers and other technical sort of questions about which minister cabinet of Adjara is not able to make any decision independently. "I would like to underline that we demand not more autonomy, but more opportunities for realizing our autonomous rights better", -Levan Varshalomidze announced.
