Regular business forum Azerbaijan-Georgia-Turkey was held on 25 May, in Azerbaijani city of Gabala. The forum was attended by the Ministers and about 300 representatives of business circles of these countries. Georgian side the forum besides of the Minister of Economy GiorgiĀ  Kvirikashvili, were attended by the 40 businessmen and the Secretary General of international investorsĀ  association of Georgia, Osman Chalishkan(Mjavanadze). He briefed the participants about the Investment and Tourism potential in Ajara through booklets. "The trilateral business forum is being held for the third time. We will discuss the prospects of expanding economic cooperation and relations," said in a statement. During the event, there were held presentations of the economies of the three countries, their business and investment opportunities. Also the parties held bilateral meetings. This year Georgia expects foreign direct investment of two billion dollars, mainly from Turkey, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Russia. Note: The next business forum will be held in Georgia, Batumi in October of current year.
