On March 17, 2023, a commemoration event was held at the Consulate General of Turkey in honor of the Victory Day in the Canakkale naval battle in Turkey and in honor of the memory of those who died in the earthquake in Turkey. The event was attended by representatives of the government and diplomatic corps, chairmen of associations and businessmen. Chairman of Deik Turkey-Georgia Business Council and Investors Association also attended the event dedicated to the memory of the deceased.
