An introductory meeting  on the activities of the Poti Free Industrial Zone was held at the Turkish Foreign Economic Relations Council (DEIK) office in Istanbul. The meeting was attended by the Chairman of the DEIK Türkiye-Georgia Business Council and the International Investors Association of Georgia, Osman Chalishkan Mzhavanadze, members of the DEIK Türkiye-Georgia Business Council, CEO of Poti Free Industrial Zone David Ebralidze and Head of Investment Promotion Tamar Sakheishvili and representatives of the business sector. During the meeting, CEO of Poti Free Industrial Zone David Ebralidze and Head of Investment Promotion Tamar Sakheishvili made  a presentation about the activities of Poti Free Industrial Zone and the investment opportunities of Georgia and Poti. The meeting ended with a question and answer session.

On December 9, 2022, Chairman of the Deik Türkiye-Georgia Business Council and the International Investors Association of Georgia, Osman Chalishkan Mzhavanadze, met with the members of the International Transporters Association  (UND). During the meeting, the parties discussed the current issues, the trade and economic relations of the two countries, the innovations and challenges in logistics and the problems of smooth movement of trucks at the customs checkpoint and ways to solve it. the meeting was attended by members of Türkiye-Georgia Business Council of DEIK, Director of Eksim Investment Holding and Achar Energy 2007 Chaghatay Ulker, Chairman of the Executive Board of International Transporters Association Alfer Ozel and members of the same association.

On December 8, 2022. The Chairman of the Deik Türkiye-Georgia Business Council and the International Investors Association of Georgia, Osman Chalishkan Mzhavanadze, met with the Eksim Investment Holding Chairman Ebubekir Tivnikli and the Director of Eksim Investment Holding and Achar Energy 2007 Chaghatay Ulker. During the meeting, the parties discussed Türkiye-Georgia economic and trade relations, challenges in the field of energy, Georgia's investment environment and opportunities to attract foreign investments.
